Although we do communications is at heart a public relations 2.0 company, which helps it’s customers use social media towards specific business objectives, we also use online marketing tactics to generate traffic, leads and sales.
As a marketer, I am a big fan of using Targeted Landing Pages. It’s a great way to cleanly advertise your product or service, without having to clutter your website with yet another campaign. Also, a Targeted Landing Page allows you to fully and easily optimise your page for conversion.
The problem with these landing pages is that you have to build them. As a marketer, I’m not too fond of that. I need to make briefings to my IT department, get a budget approved, secure a timely planning, project manage it, et al.

I recently discovered Unbounce. Unbounce is a great new product that let’s marketers build and publish landing pages without the help of IT.
You can start using Unbounce for free. The premium versions allow you to customise URLs and remove Unbounce footer branding. Costs are anywhere between 2 cents and half a cent USD per visit.
